Are my goods insured?
Yes — every job is covered by goods-in-transit and carrier's liability insurance as standard. If what you're sending is worth more than the standard limit, tell us at the time of booking and we'll confirm higher cover in writing before we collect.
How do I actually book?
Call, WhatsApp, or use the quote form above — postcodes, rough weight, and when it needs to land. You'll have a firm, all-in price back within the working hour, not a "we'll get back to you."
What can't you carry?
Hazardous goods only by prior arrangement. No cash, no live animals, nothing unlawfully packaged. Everything else — ask; if you can tell us the size and weight, we can tell you the van.
How does pricing work?

How quickly can you collect?
Typically within 60 minutes of booking, dispatch and traffic allowing. Your goods go straight onto a dedicated van for your job — never shared or co-loaded with someone else's — so there's no waiting for a van to fill up before it leaves.
What size vehicles do you have?
From a small van up to a Luton with a tail lift (3.5t), with SWB panel vans and LWB/extra-high vans in between. Maximum payload across the fleet is 1.2 tonnes. Not sure what you need? Tell us the size and weight and we'll advise the right vehicle.
